Here at Newtown Comprehensive Foot Care, we want to be a partner in your healthcare. We want you to have a general idea of the costs associated with your problem and as such have compiled a list of the most common treatments that we provide along with our fees.

**PLEASE NOTE: Our fees detailed below do not represent insurance allowed amounts as each carrier assigns a different amount to each service. As a contracted provider with your insurance, our office accepts a significant price adjustment to our fees with individual carriers. All pricing are subject to your specific benefits.

Initial Visit

  • Stretching Brace (to help avoid physical therapy) -- $ 250.00

Follow-up Visits (Most Require 1-3 Visits)

  • Examination and evaluation by physician -- $85.00

Initial Visit

  • Examination and evaluation by the physician – $150.00
  • Obtain nail specimen to confirm diagnosis
  • Pathology of nail specimen – (send out of office to laboratory)

Follow-up Visits (Most Require 1-2 Visits)

  • Examination and evaluation by the physician -- $ 85.00
  • Discuss result of nail pathology
  • Order of blood work for oral anti-fungal treatment
  • Topical medication and treatment -- $60.00

Initial Visit

  • Examination and evaluation by the physician -- $150.00
  • Removal of ingrown/ infected nail -- $ 125.00
  • Post Op Kit -- $40.00

Follow up Visits (Most Require 1-3 Visits)

  • Examination and evaluation by the physician -- $85.00
  • Chemical removal of ingrown nail (if needed) – $175.00

Initial Visit

  • Examination and evaluation by the physician -- $150.00
  • Debridement of toenails -- $50.00
  • Trimming of corns/ calluses -- $ 50.00

Follow-up Visits (Recommend every 6 to 10 weeks)

  • Debridement of toenails -- $50.00

Initial Visit

  • Examination and evaluation by the physician -- $150.00
  • Evaluation of current custom orthotics
  • Evaluation of current running shoes
  • Recommendation of shoes according to foot type
  • Refurbish of current custom orthotics -- $150.00
    - Adding of new top cover, some padding and make a few other improvements to make them as good as new for you. Refurbishing orthotics is a more cost effective alternative to replacing them
  • New custom orthotics -- $500.00

Follow-up Visit

  • Examination and evaluation by the physician -- $85.00
  • Fitting and dispensed of custom made orthotics

Initial Visit

  • Trial fitting of Xtern AFO (Ankle Foot Orthosis)
  • Xtern AFO (Ankle Foot Orthosis) -- $950.00

Follow-up Visit
